What is the percentage taken by Better on donations made by subscribers? +
We charge a 10% commission on your monthly contribution.
This commission allows us to:
cover the management costs of our account at the King Baudouin Foundation and the issuance costs of tax certificates;
cover the bank charges related to each donation;
ensure the funding of our platform, from hosting to the creation of videos that tell the wonderful stories of the associations.
Should I pay for the video? +
No.
Is registration on Better free for associations? +
Absolutely.
How can I withdraw the funds raised on behalf of my association? +
The King Baudouin Foundation contacts you every 6 months to transfer all the donations that have been allocated to your association.
Should I produce my own video? +
No. Better takes care of everything.
We only ask that members of your association be available to the Better team before and during the filming.
Can I register my association on Better? +
Certainly!
However, we can only accommodate two new organizations per month. This takes place through a well-defined selection process with a jury composed of subject matter experts.
