Support Parrain-Ami
Parrain-Ami aims to offer children and adolescents aged 0 to 18 who face family or institutional difficulties regular respite within volunteer host families. These stays, typically organized one weekend per month, allow young people to build lasting relationships, break out of isolation, and thrive in a caring environment.
The sponsporship involves creating a special bond between a young person lacking a support network and a sponsor. It is a voluntary relationship based on kindness and respect, connecting the young person with an adult or a family. This connection materializes through hosting or meetings that take place occasionally and regularly over time.
The role of the sponsors is to provide the young person with emotional security through shared moments, without ever replacing the parents.

There are more than 192 sponsorships managed by Parrain-Ami, and 16 new ones were launched in 2024.
