Support Escalpade

In 1997, several parents took the initiative to set up a specialized class for their children with special needs, as there was no school with adapted facilities in their region. Over the next 25 years, the non-profit organization established an elementary school that today welcomes 60 students of type 4 (children with motor disabilities), a specialized secondary school type 4 that currently accommodates 80 teenagers, and a day center for 30 adults.

Escalpade is a pedagogical, social, cultural, and educational project aimed at individuals with motor disabilities, organizing care, leisure, and educational activities for youth and adults.

Key figures

Today, Escalpade welcomes over 200 families – children, teenagers, and adults – with physical disabilities into one of its units. It also organizes summer camps for around 120 children and teenagers, as well as inclusive sporting events. All of this is made possible with the help of 100 staff members and 50 volunteers.

Where your money goes

With every euro you donate, you contribute to two new projects: a day and night shelter for young people with multiple disabilities and a residential stay for adults. (as an example)
