Team4Job steps in with an innovative approach by forming pairs consisting of job seekers (mentees) and experienced professionals (mentors). Twice a month, these pairs meet at the mentor's workplace with the purpose of sharing experience, knowledge of the job market, and professional networks to assist the mentees in finding employment.
Key figures
Since 2017, Team4Job has had 850 mentors who have committed and re-engaged, 2000 dyads who have joined the adventure and a positive exit rate of 60% within 6 months of mentorship.
